About the event
A preserving workshop with learning basic jam skills and flavours, you can create your own spice blend to enhance the jam flavour, I have foraged and frozen some local blackberries which we will use in the jam
This is a group workshop and it will be prepared and cooked together
Each person will take home 1-2 jars of homemade jam
You will also have the chance to Indian block print your organic material lid
Please bring an apron
